SHUNGITE (Tumbled)

Description: Shungite has been an increasingly popular stone, and after hearing about it’s powerful properties, it’s no wonder why! Shungite is a black stone made of mostly carbon and graphite, the same elements that make up diamonds. When it was first discovered in Shunga Russia, it was called ‘black ochre.’

Now, shungite is most known for its metaphysical properties of healing, and EMF protection.

Caring For Your Shungite Crystal.: Avoid long sunlight exposure as this will cause color loss, or cause your crystal to become more brittle. Do not use harsh chemicals such as household cleaners. To clean, use a mild solution of dish soap and warm water , scrub with a soft cloth or brush. Rinse and dry completely. You may also smudge with sage, cedar, Mugwort, or another herb bundle of choice. It is ok to put these crystals on salt, kosher salt, sea salt, or pink Himalayan salt.
